At Sireeus, we operate under the principle of data minimization. This policy describes how we handle information on the site kerry.studio (the “Site”).
It does not govern the Kerry Studio desktop app or the license and update API. Those channels will have their own documents when the product is published.
The official language is Brazilian Portuguese. The English and Spanish texts are courtesy translations; if the versions differ, the Portuguese version controls.

1. Infrastructure and metrics
The hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may process ordinary technical connection data, only as needed to deliver the Site, apply security, and keep it available. The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate usage and performance metrics. That measurement does not use cookies, does not identify the visitor, and does not follow them across other websites. Sireeus does not use that data for advertising.
2. Technical storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The browser may keep, on the device itself, a technical value strictly needed for the interface, in localStorage:
- Purpose: to remember the selected or detected language so the Site is shown in that language.
- Legal basis: under the LGPD and the GDPR, strictly necessary local storage to operate the interface in the visitor’s language does not require prior consent.
3. Third parties
The Site may contain links to external websites. We have no control over the privacy policies of those destinations and recommend consulting their respective policies.
When pages load, the browser may fetch typefaces from Google’s servers (Google Fonts), which receive ordinary connection metadata and process it under Google’s own policy. Sireeus does not build a browsing profile from that.
4. Changes to this Policy
Sireeus may update this page to reflect legal, regulatory, or processing-practice changes. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means when needed. Continued use of the Site alone is not tacit acceptance of a new clause that requires consent. The current version is on this page.
